EE was overseeing a job on a shovel. He bent down & when he tried to stand up, his back locked up on him. The validity of this claim was questioned, 7000-1 was not submitted. We received notification from our insurance carrier on 9/11/07 that this claim was determined to be compensable; therefore we are now submitting
