## Narrative

A roof fall occurred in the Main North belt entry between #13 & #14 crosscuts. The fall was 30' long, 18' wide, & 8' high. The area was bolted with 8' point anchor bolts. The fall didn't affect ventilation, cause injury or block travel. It did damage some belt line. No one is required to work or travel in this entry.
