EE was operating the #537 haul truck being loaded by the #13 shovel. The shovel dipper and the haul truck made contact causing him to experience back pain. Amendment: The validity of this claim was questioned; a 7000-1 was not submitted. We received notification from our insurance carrier that this claim was determined to be compensable; therefore, we are now submitting a 7000-1.
