Narrative

On 9/15/07, an unintentional roof fall occurred at cross cut #36 in #5 entry on the 1st 42 south belt line. The roof fall measured 20' long, 18' wide and 15' thick. The roof fall will be cleaned up. The fall appeared to be broken stack rock.
