The employee was spraying shot-crete near a ventilation raise. Some of the spray mist was blown behind the safety glasses he was wearing. His eyes became irritated. He was diagnosed with Chemical Conjuctivitis. He was given a prescription to prevent infection. He was not wearing proper PPE.
