Narrative

Employee was cleaning a geho strainer when he took a lid off and hot slurry splashed him on the left side of the face and left arm. He was seen at the ER, diagnosed with 1st and 2nd degree burns, debrided, the burns were dressed and the employee was released to full duty. He was required to follow up at the ER for dressing changes.
