EE was washing 35798 pick up when he slipped on the concrete slab and fell on his left shoulder. He was taken to the henderson hospital where x rays were negative. His shoulder continued to hurt so an mri was performed 9/12/07. Dr review the mri report on 9/14/07 and told him he tore his rotator cuff
