Narrative

The mine encountered a roof fall at S.S. 8+70 entry #4 (belt) on the 5th Southwest. The fall measured 20' X 19' X 8'. The area was developed on 5/1/2007 with 8' point anchor bolts installed. The fall will be cleaned up.
