Narrative

The mine encountered a roof fall at S.S. 70+30, entry #2, of the 3rd Main Northwest. The fall measured 40' X 30' X 8', and was discovered on the weekley exam. The area was developed on 12/15/2006, 8' point anchors. This fall will be cleaned up.
