Unintentional roof fall discovered at or about 11:15 AM during an inspection of the area. Fall is located on 2 Left, No. 8 break, #3 entry at spad 3953. Fall measured approximately 25'L X 25'W X 10'H. Area was previously supported with 6' full grout resin. Area was developed on or about 11/11/2005. This area will be timbered off.
