Narrative

EE was attempting to change the transducer on shield #117. After he lowered the shield, he shut off the pressure and released the pressure on the transducer. As he pulled the stape out of the coupler, the hose still had pressure on it and when it was released it injected emulsion into his #4 finger on his left hand.
