Narrative

The mine encountered a roof fall at S.S. 8+10, Entry #4 (belt line) of the 5th Southwest. The fall measured 20' X 19' X 8' and was bolted with 8' point anchor bolts. The area was developed on 5/1/2007. The fall will be cleaned up, and the area re-supported.
