Narrative

Employee stated that he was operating a cont. miner and had backed it up out of the cut. He walked up beside the machine to look at the roof conditions, thinking he might have to trim some top. He turned around at the second row of bolts and was looking at his cable. A rock fell struck the head, slid down off the side and struck his foot.
