## Narrative

Unintentional roof fall discovered on 9/25/2007.  Location of fall is Old North top end, block 82, #6 entry, Station 703.  Fall measured approximately 60'LX17'8""WX7'H.  Area was previously supported with 6' fully grouted resin roof bolts.  Area was mined on or about 12/01/2006.  The approach areas to the fall are dangered off.  Investigated by C. Crumrine and B.
