## Narrative

The injured employee was assisting on a repair of a hydraulically operated machine component, when the hydraulic line came apart.  The employee was going for clean-up material when he heard a ""pop"" and felt a sharp pain in the rear of left leg/knee.  After seeking medical treatment, he was diagnosed with Tendonitis.  He has been released for duty and has returned to work.
