Narrative

This report is being filed to abate Citation 7101717. An ee suffered a sprained left ankle when he was struck by a rib roll. He went to 2 medical facilities with 2 conflicting reports. The operator chose to send the ee to an Orthopedic Specialist who could not see the ee for several days. The diagnosis was consistent with the 1st diagnosis of a left ankle sprain.
