## Narrative

Employee was removing a hydrualic hose from a cylinder on a 330LC excavator, when the clamp came loose.  Hydraulic oil, under pressure, hit him in the right hand, causing swelling and pain in his hand.  No oil was found under the skin.  Employee went to the hospital and his legs became swollen for an unknown reason, causing him to lose time.
