EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING OFF DOZER. HE STEPPED DOWN TO THE TRACK WITH LEFT LEG, HIS RIGHT FOOT CAUGHT ON THE EDGE OF STEP & HE SAT DOWN ON RIGHT LEG. HE DIDN'T FALL, HE OVER-EXTENDED RIGHT KNEE.
