## Narrative

EE was pulling a pump on to a muck chamber wall, the pump caught on the wall & he felt pain in his right bicep. At that time the mine was on vacation & all the information was not relayed between the medical carriers & the employer. It was thought at the time that he was missing due to a personal injury. After further review of all information it was determined to be work related.
