Miner was moving long sections of (approx. 21') steel piping from/between trailer and storage area. Miner thought this was how he was injured ? Miner had been instructed to wait for assisstance to arrive, but proceeded to move material on own. Accident/injury not reported until late Monday, Oct. 8th.
