A roof fall occurred in the 3rd west at 1710' station, #3 entry. The fall was 30' long, 18' wide and 8.5' high. The area was bolted with 8' point anchor bolts. The fall didn't affect ventilation, cause injury, damage equipment or block travel. No one is required to work or travel in this entry.
