Narrative

Injured claims to have been lifting a piece of metal 3/8"" x 12"" x 36"" long during clean-up when he felt pain in lower back area. Injured threw piece of metal in end loader bucket and started driving 773 rock truck for approximately 45 min. when pain got worse and he called for help. Supervisor was notified and ambulance called.
