Alledged incident was to have occurred while this employee was loading a golf cart into a supply car. Cause of this injury was safety awarness and getting help and proper lifting techniques. Compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, protective equip was a factor (back support), miner attitude a factor, mining equip/systems not a factor
