Our surveyors found a roof fall while in the process of gathering details for the 4D panel. The roof fall was located in entry #3 between crosscuts 12 and 13. The cause of the fall was weak laminated shale. The fall was located in a neutral entry on the return side of the 4D belt aprroximately 12 crosscuts from the face area.
