Miner states that he heard a load ""squall"". He shut off the belt to go see what was making the sound. He saw fire and smoke coming from the head box of the #4 belt. He attempted to fight the fire, but the fire grew. He called 911 at 2:10 pm. The fire was put out by the Brady Fire Department around 3:00pm.
