Narrative

Using a two part steel to drill a hole & install a roof bolt. The lead steel stuck in the hole & he placed his right hand over the drill head to check for suction. As he did so, the steel fell out of the hole & struck his hand fracturing his right middle finger. THIS WAS NOT A LOST TIME INJURY.
