A roof fall was found at crosscut 199 entry #2 main south at 9:43 am on 10/16/07. Fall was in four way intersection that had been supported with 8' full resin bolts. Fall was 10' high, 20' wide & 25' long. No injury or property damage resulted. There are no plans to clean up this fall.
