A roof fall was discovered at 8:35 AM by Section Foreman. The fall ws located on No. 3 unit in the 4th south off of the 1st east panel in No. 3 return entry from spad 22+15 to 22+80. The fall measured approximately 105' x 19'x8'. The fall was outby the loading point.
