## Narrative

South utility man had parked his cat 988 loader at the #1 kiln feed and MCC entrance. While descending the access ladder he misstepped off the ladder and twisted his left knee inward upon contact with the ground. He continued working his normal job at full duty until medical attention and PT was required on 10/19/07. RTW full duty on 10/19/07.
