## Narrative

EE was operating production FEL loading haul truck w/shotrock. A rock 2"" in diameter rolled down muckpile between L. front & rear wheel. He did not see rock and ran over the rock W/L front wheel while backing out of the muckpile W/ a loaded bucket. The resulting impact jarring motion hurt his back. Miner reported need for medical attention on 10/17/2007.
