Narrative

Employee states he started feeling pain around 1st of August. He was kneeling on the concrete underneath #5 cement cooler, fixing a leak in the bottom of cooler. Intense pain was coming from his left knee. One he stood up the pain quit. When he goes up/down stairs, the pain is there.
