Unintentional roof fall discovered during examination. Fall location is No. 1 section, 9 block, 4 entry, station 4747. Fall measured approximately 60'Lx18'Wx10'H. Area was previously supported with 10' cable bolts and 6' full grout resin bolts. Area was developed on or about 7-25-06.
