A roof fall occurred in the #9 seam in the 3 South Panel in #8 entry at the inby edge of crosscut #1 and continuing through the pillarline between crosscut #2 and crosscut #3 measuring approximatey 70ft. x 19ft. x 7ft. high. The area was supported with 5ft. fully grouted roof bolts. An undetected slip was determined to be the cause of the fall.
