Narrative

While hauling seal supplies the deck of the scoop struck a loose coal rib causing the rib to fall striking ee on the left side of his head (jaw). He was transported to a local hospital where he was diagnosed with bruising to the left side of the head. EE was placed off work over the concern of infection. He has a follow up appointment on October 31, 2007.
