2 brks. inby spad #1855. Fall reported by foreman. No injuries, no blockage of vent., no blockage of escapeway. Pinner was inby fall in the 3 left break. Submitted action plan to recover pinner. Fall app. 40' long, 16' wide & 10' high. Will not be cleaned up. Dangered and breakered off, plotted on mine map.
