## Narrative

As the 216 haul truck was being loaded, the shovel operator stated he had seen a rock about 4 to 5 feet in size come out of the bottom of the dipper, hit the inside of the bed and bounce to the front of the bed.  The truck driver later complained that he felt numbness in his left leg and a pain in his back.  He was given restricted duty until next medical exam 11/05/07.
