## Narrative

The employee was attempting to repair a damaged miner cable between entries #5 and #6 two cross-cuts outby the working face on MMU-001. The employee was being assisted by another electrician. A rock fell from the roof between the existing roof bolts. The rock struck the employee's foot causing a contusiion and ankle sprain.
