Narrative

Employee was manually rotating Kiln #4. After rotating the kiln with the auxillary drive, he disengaged the auxillary drive clutch. During the counter rotation on the auxillary drive, the clutch blew up, throwing shrapnel. A piece of the shrapnel cut his right fore arm.
