## Narrative

Employee states while assembling trunion with a co-worker, the bearing housing fell on his left hand.  Employee was checking clearance with bearing housing, while at the same time, co-worker was tightening another bearing.  Tightening caused the trunion to move and the housing spun and fell on his hand.
