## Narrative

Employee stated after refueling his 777C truck he was climbing the entrance ladder in order to enter the operators compartment. In the process of going up the ladder his foot became caught on the third step up and caused him to slip. He stated that he was able to hold onto to the handrail but this caused him to twist his low back. He continue to work until 9/28/07.
