## Narrative

Victim was walking into heading carrying rock bolts. Another miner was removing a drill bit with sledge hammer & bit knocker. A fragment flew off the knocker and penetrated the victim's right outer thigh, penetrating through 3 layers of clothing & lodging against the bone.
