## Narrative

Employee was operating 100 ton rock truck. When dumping, the truck blew a hydraulic line. The fluid sprayed on the engine causing a fire. When he exited the cab he burned his arms and head. He also hit his head on the way out of the cab causing a cut that required stitches.
