## Narrative

Employee was working in the Jim Walter #4 Prep Plant installing a beam on the 8th floor.  He was working from an eight foot ladder.  He began to drive a Bull Pin and slipped off the ladder.  His fall arrest system stopped the fall but the force inflicted a lower back muscle injury.
