Narrative

Employee was attempting to fill the fuel tank on an RTD when he noticed the cap leaking fuel. In the attempt to secure the cap he was sprayed with diesel fuel, some contacting his eyes. Employee was wearing personal protectve equipment - safety glasses at the time of the incident.
