EE was driving a RTD over rough ground when he jammed his hand into the joystick. This resulted in an injury classified as a first aid to his left thumb. On 11/13, we received information from the doctor?s report to indicate this could be considered reportable due to a partially torn ligament. Restrictions did not prevent him from performing his regular work duties.
