## Narrative

Repairman and 3 others were replacing screen sections on the West Diester screen over the Tertiary Crusher. While changing out manually the 90#, 4'x4' sections lying face down, he suddenly felt pain in his lower back. He continued working and iced his back at home. Whe he returned the next morning he couldn't work and required medical attention w/temp. restrictions.
