Fall was in the neutral entry between 2-3. Spad 6379. Fall was 40' L - 20' W - 8' to 9' H. It was bolted with 6' torque tension fully grouted bolts, developed 4-15-07. Area will not be cleaned up and no injuries were recorded. Airways and escapeways are not affected.
