## Narrative

Employee was operating roof bolting machine from operator's compartment when he backed into the coal rib and pinched the trailing cable between the coal rib and the bumper of the machine.  The employee allegedly received an electrical shock.  Miner proficiency was a factor in the accident, mining equipment not a factor.
