a fall occurred in the 2nd south room 35 crosscut 1 the fall was 20' wide, 20 ' long, and 8' high. The fall didnt affect ventilation, travel, damage, equipment, or cause any injury. the area was bolted with 6' to 8' point anchor bolts. this was in worked out rooms, no one is required to work or travel in the area.
