A roof fall occurred in 3ssm, #4 & #5 entries at 21 crosscut, the fall was 80' wide & 12' high. The area was bolted with 6' to 8' point anchor bolts. The fall didn't affected ventilation, traveling damage equipment or cause ant injury.
